Tell me more
Re-value is aiming to get people healthy, fit and more aware of health risks associated with our busy, less active and poor dietary way of life.
Re-value is setting up, a number of local based running groups, organised and carried out by local, trained run leaders from within the communities in which you and they live.
Don’t worry if you haven’t run before or not run for a long time. The groups are aimed at beginners, with each group being lead by a trained leader.
Groups will provide a welcoming social environment, in which beginners and people of mixed ability and fitness levels, can participate in running safely, while working to improving their fitness, health and general well being.
By joining a Re-value running group you will be supporting the organisation and the work it does in your own community.
What will it cost me?
As a community organisation Re-value will raise funds in order to be able to achieve its aims and objectives of helping people in local communities, participate in healthy physical activity and health awareness initiatives.
One way of doing this and in order to raise funds to support the cost of the running groups is by charging a modest fee, per session, of two pounds, (£2.00) per runner.
This fee helps support and promotes the organisation and goes towards subsiding a range of other health related activities that you or other people in your community might want to get involved in.
So what’s stopping you taking the first step to becoming healthier while supporting a locally based community organisation that you can get involved in by signing up as a Re-value runner member, or contacting us for further information?
